The investigation puts him head to head with Milo and the big guy’s distrust of his Israeli counterpart is an obstacle Sharavi must overcome. Delaware plays a pivotal role in understanding the psychological underpinnings of the murder and the book introduces a young female homicide detective named Petra Connor in a brief but important cameo.
